mimoCall (Beta) on Macbook does not active

After I bought mimoLive and I tried to used for video call, it’s work on desktop mac (MacPro early 2010) But I have some problem when I Have to work on outside location. It’s inconvenient to carry macPro for any work like this. I need work on macbookPro, but I can’t use mimoCall (Beta). It’s not active (grey icon and text) How do I solve this??
