Just got a new iMac Pro, with one of the main reasons being I wanted to run MIMO on a beast.
Unfortunately, MIMO just crashes every time I open it.
I have tried 4.0.2 and 4.1b1, both do the same thing.
The very first time I opened it, it seemed to work fine. but every time since, instant crash.
MIMO: 4.0.2 & 4.1b1
OSX: 10.13.4
Mac: iMac Pro 32GB
@“Ray Lane” Thank you for reporting. The iMac Pro is a great machine to use mimoLive with. We‘ve got one at our test studio and used one recently at NAB. Can you please send the crash logs so we can check what might be going on? What are you using for video capture?

Update: I created another user on the iMac Pro… and it will open up on there. Weird
@“Ray Lane” Thanks for sending the crashlog. It helped to isolate the issue. It looks like mimoLive wanted to alert you about some licenses stuff and failed on it. We will work on a fix.
There was a licensing issue due to a card expiring, and I fixed that (on the old machine).
@“Ray Lane” Glad to hear that you found a way to fix it.
@“Achim (Boinx)” This issue still exists. I had the same thing happen (license issue due to payment method) and I’m having the exact same issue described.
