iStopmotion Express vs. iStopmotion 3?

So I currently have iStopmotion Express version 2.8, I was thinking of upgrading to 3.1. I know it says that it has all the capabilities of Version 2’s pro…but I don’t know what those are, so I was wondering if someone could tell me what I would gain by upgrading. Thanks
