iStop Crashes when trying to start a new recording, or watching an old one

Hi there,

Never had any problems with iStop on iPad but today when I try and make a new video, as soon as I tap into it to start shooting the app crashes. When I try and watch a previously created video the app also crashes.

I can swipe to view all previous videos but I can’t watch them.

No update available when I check in the App Store.

Hi @david_turpy I’m sorry that you experience issues with iStopMotion on your iPad.

Can you please let me know what ipadOS version your are using?

Also, if there are any crash logs, can you please send them to me?

You can find crash logs on your iPad in:

Settings → Privacy->Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data
