I have purchased 5.1 and have registered it. I pulled in a slide show from v4 but it has the notice that it was created by a demo version. How do I get rid of that.
Shame on you for releasing FotoMagico 5 only for Apple OS 10.10. I am running 10.85 and will never upgrade to 10.10 for several very good reasons. I value FotoMagico’s capacity to facilitate good visual presentations and looked forward to upgrading until I read the minimum system requirement of 10.10. Shame on you!
@vrg – Come on! Maybe you’d like the guys at Boinx to write the software to work with OS 9 as well? Or even back to OS 7? Or OS 5!!! (Oh, wait – you want it to work ONLY with 10.8.5 because that’s where you stopped upgrading your system). Be reasonable – technology and hardware continues to evolve. The software that runs on them must evolve as well to keep up. I know it’s frustrating when something you “want” or “have” is not compatible with something you currently own (I’ve been there myself), but you have to keep up with the ever-changing world of computer software if you want to use it – or you become obsolete. If you “will never upgrade to 10.10 for several very good reasons” as you state, then you must accept paying the consequences of your actions. Shame on you!
Just bought the pro version 5.0.2 and just can’t get this to work for me. I have reverted to ver4.8. I am using an iMac 27" processor 3.1 GHz Intel Core i5 32 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 AMD Radeon HD 6970M 1024 MB.
The program will not save to my firewire 800 drive and it takes forever to save to my external usb drive. It also hangs up and the only way out is to do the force quit option. I don’t know why you would have called it the official version. I will however give you a grade on making the program upgrade to a pro version and I hope you are working on fixes soon.
I recently purchase the pro version from you online store. I checked the apps store and they only show the non pro version. Also if I down load it from the Apps store do I have to pay for it again?
I bought FM 5.0.2 - but I’ve big problem with saving and export. The app hangs trying to save the presentation – and export to Quicktime doesn’t run …???
I have reverted to 4.6.9 … it seems to run. I hope at better versions!
I too am having trouble with FM 5… bought it… loved it … until it tried to save and then it hung up… and kept on hanging up and I have been doing force quits on it ever since. Help? I’ve reverted back to FM4 to complete some projects.
