When using the Share Menu the option to use Toast to burn DVD is greyed out?

I have downloaded FotoMagico 5.6.4 and I cannot access my photo library (image) anymore. Very annoying.

@Francine

  1. What photo library are you using? (Photos? Light Room? Folders of macOS?)
  2. Does it help if you go back to an older version of FotoMagico? (You can download older version here: https://boinx.com/connect/fotomagico/versionhistory/ )
  3. It may be necessary to grant access permission to FotoMagico for your hard disk: Drag the Macintosh HD icon from a Finder window to the image browser of FotoMagico to do so. You can remove this “image source” again. Does this help?

You could try this: Start FotoMagico. From the main menu go to FotoMagico > Licenses… then click once on the line corresponding to one of your installed license keys. Then click on the “Print License…” button. And there ya go…

@Francine The procedure @stantastic mentioned works if you have the license still installed on your computer. If you don’t have it anymore you can request your licenses from our database with this form: https://boinx.com/connect/fotomagico/license You need to enter the email address you used to buy the license with. The license will be send to this address. If you don’t have access to the email address anymore please contact sales@boinx.com .

@Pedro If the build-in software update don’t work for some reason you can manually download the app from our website from here and replace the app in the Applications folder: https://boinx.com/connect/fotomagico/versionhistory/ If you had bought FotoMagico in the Mac AppStore you will need to start the AppStore app on your Mac and check for updates there.

sorry i have FotoMagico 5 (Roxio Edition Version 5.1.2 (22183) and Mojave 10.14.4 and is impossible update to new Foto Magico 5.6.4.
If i go to software Update Foto Magico5 says 5:1.2 is currently the newest version available.

@Erw Thanks for using FotoMagico. Simply download the latest version from https://boinx.com/fotomagico/download and replace the current version in your Applications folder.

sorry there is no way to open after the new app. I unzipped and wanted to place the new over older version in applications. dont work after, dont open.

@Erw Thank you for your patience. This is very strange. Can you please open the Console.app, then try to launch FotoMagico and let me know if there is a message about FotoMagico in the Console log?

first i reinstalled the older Foto magic 5 (Roxio Edition Version 5.1.2 (22183) and was locking on Console. yes there is a strange movement will send you one of them because there is a lot more in my containers.

but have another question, is there only this new update 5.6.4 or is it possible to get a new download for this version like a new app ?

Tip: Die verstehen auch deutsch, auch wenn es m.E. die Ausnahme seine sollte. Aber man kann halt ein komplexes Fehlerbild besser in seine Muttersprache beschreiben.

@Erw Danke für die Fehlermeldung. Das ist ein guter Hinweis, da werden wir gleich mal nachforschen.

Es gibt nur einen Download für alle Varianten und Updates. Ansonsten wäre das noch viel fehleranfälliger. Tut mir leid, dass das erstmal nicht so funktioniert wie es soll.

Ich habe noch etwas interesanntes für den neuen zip download. Mit dem zip file im WinZip Version 5.0.3160 bleibt WinZip hängen und schreibt Alert Warning: *** Unable to set the file`s timestamp (27/03/2019 09:15).
Vielleicht hilft euch das weiter.
