That is at least how it seems to FotoMagico. It could of course also be that the file was modified by spotlight. If you know that you didn’t open the file twice, don’t hesitate and choose “sichern”.
Yes I can save my work after this message. I did certainly not open this project twice! This message occurs every time when FM 4.4.4 is restarted and I have added some new pictures controlled first with preview bottom in full size
