Audio Trouble

I’m trying to run the audio through a usb interface (Line 6 UX2) but I can’t seem to get it to work. BoinxTV recognizes the input - it’s visible in the audio drop down, but I can’t get it to pick up any sound from the lav mics. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

could be a setting on the box or in the control panel software. Boinx can see the box but it can’t control it so make sure there isn’t some routing issue or setting causing the issue. also make sure the phantom power settings are correct on the box for the mics you are using.
