Rotation without grid-lock

Im note sure if I have requested(complained on this earlier but I am rely frustrated at the “lock to grid” function when you rotate an image. Sometimes I need to correct a horizon and I might be just 1 - 1.6 degrees of but the first available step is 2.0 degrees. I am also unsure if you are able at all to by figures write the desired angle.

You CAN click in the little box to the right of where it says “Rotation:” and enter a desired angle by typing it in. But you are correct in that the SMALLEST rotation begins at 2.0 degrees. Anything less than that does not want to work – it defaults back to 0.0 degrees.
