Hi, I would appreciate any help! I am a photographer and recently purchased this program to make simple slideshows of still images for my clients. However, both in the preview of the slideshow, and after export, it appears pixelated and low resolution. The images that I am using are sharp, high resolution jpegs, so I cannot understand why this would be happening. Thank you in advance for your help!
I guess you are using Lightroom as the source of your images?
FotoMagico relies on the previews that are rendered by Lightroom. To make sure that previews are available, do the following two things:

In the Library module of Lightroom, select the menu command Library > Previews > Build 1:1 Previews.

Open Catalog settings in the Lightroom Menu, and in “File Handling” make sure that “Discard 1:1 Previews” is set to “Never”
